How’s your racing status?

I’m currently DR A and SR S and have recently been posting times in the top ten on the leaderboards. I’ve been having so much fun these past few days at this level of play. Still have some idiots here and there but so far so good. Mostly gr4 for me.

I am a Grandfather and a horrible driver. I got my PS3 for the grandkids to play when they visit. I got hooked on GT6 and it is the game that got me on the road to racing the AIs. I am on meds that really affect my reaction time. However, I enjoy GTS and competing in the AI races. I know I will never compete in the online races. I did the same with GT6 and was OK with doing the AI races in it, too. I no longer am able to race in GT6 as my PS3 died and have been waiting for GTS to come out. I know my limitations and will never compete in online races. I don't want to be the kind of driver that participates in a race and knocks out other racers.

Don't worry try it. Online racing is so much fun and there is no better game to start with it then GTS. I am slow myself and might never become rank C but I don't care. Just try your best and it will be ok.

I‘m sticking on DR D and SR S for days now. Problably I should try to get fastet and Not being looking so much for my SR Level.

If you enjoy it then you should try. Why not give it a go? There are plenty of inexperienced and poor drivers out there, you may be surprised. If your intentions to drive safe and clean are there you’ve already won half the battle. I would hate for anyone to be put off by any of the posts on here, there are a lot of clean and fair drivers on many levels of pace. Also many are understanding of others limitations. Hopefully over time the driver ratings system would match you with drivers of a similar level.

I’m DR ‘E’ and SR ‘B’. Haven’t participated in a Sport race yet, and probably never will. Rarely ever entered a QM in GT6 too. Just not my thing. Level 21 otherwise.

DR D (just above E), SR B. Spend most of my time lurking round the back of the grid on purpose in an effort to raise SR a bit, and pick up a few places as you can always bet on the drivers at the back of the grid in D/E being prone to going off (I don't as much as them) and/or playing bumper cars.

I honestly don't know how I'm still at B. I'm a slow driver lol... Out of all of my races, I've only won like one race and usually finish in the middle or the back of the pack..

I'm DR B and SR S. Haven't had any luck with the championship yet, especially the qualifying. Lots of tracks that I need to practice more on because I do too many mistakes online.

Gonna see if I can clear tier 6 of the challenges tomorrow, and maybe do some circuit experiences.
