The problem:
In GT (the first game) I had an R33 Skyline GT-R V-Spec II that did 430 KMPH now I have a R34 Skyline GT-R V-Spec II that can only hit about 390 KMPH I can't make it go faster than that, I've tuned the gears (obviously), I've brought everything for it, all the weight reduction, turbines, intercooler yet I can't make it go faster. I heard something about changing the downforce to make the car do a wheelie, making the car go like mad and I've tried changing the downforce but nothing happens. Any ideas? My Skyline has 1078 BHP by the way.
