How come I cant buy some cars in simulation

How come when you go to the dealership in simulation mode some of the nicer high performance cars you cannot buy.. Instead of the price of the vehicle it shows this  - - - -    ???????????

well i think those car are the secret car you need to win in the race.

This means that these cars are not for sale and each have to be won in races. All the F1 cars are not for sale so they didn't even bother making a group for them.
