Delete the save game data on the playstation, or just create a new user account and start the game over from that account.

Somebody forgot to take the Penyless trophy, as this is the first thing to do....

What you also can do is go to one of your friends that doesn't have gt5, create your account on his ps3 and just buy the Miata with ECU = 20.000 cr. and sync your trophies...

And you can just keep the progress you made...

Just a tip if you didn't had that trophy

Its quite easy to get the pennyless trophie later in the game.

Just buy a used car that puts the rest of your credits to a a number that is divide able with 100. Then buy cars, and tuning parts until you reach zero credits. Easy game.

My reason is that i borrowed my bros ps3, and bought gt5 to see if I liked it, and I do, so now I am getting a ps3 for xmas!

In the mean time my bro has had his ps3 back and wants to start a-fresh rather than using my game data!

It's a trophy for having 0 credits, for being broke.

You have you make your A-spec driver commit suicide, obviously.
after you lose about 10 races in a row, your A-spec car driver gets the blues and when you return to main menu you will get a popup message like you got a car and it will say :
'YOU HAVE DIED' All resident evil style. and it will ask you to restart.

Kidding of course....
Real solution:
On XMB go to the Game Tab and open the folder named 'Saved Data Utility (PS3)' and press Triangle on the file named 'GRAN TURISMO 5', (details will say 'Data contains details of your progress through the game.' Should have some details about your save.)
and Press delete.
