The invite is given in the roulette, so basically keep doing the daily mileage until a roulette ticket gives you the invite.

All your progress is linked with your account and stored on the game server.
If you really want to start from blank, you need to create a new PSN account for this.
Is there a specific reason you want to do this? The odds wont change.
