How do you decide to buy a car?

Lately I have been buying cars to achieve the 200 a spec per race when possible. Trying to get my totals up.

I think that is the only reason why i buy cars now...

With the ability to hold 1000 cars in my garage I will eventually buy them all.
I have one example of each used car, simply as Kent says. you never know when you want one and do not want the inconveniance of it not being in the used car lots when you want to drive it.
I originally only bought what I needed to compete, but know I am wanting to get them all.

i've mostly bought cars that i need for races, so that's really what makes up my mind, then i win cars and just never drive them =/

but i've planned to buy the black cars before, which i sold needing money >_< and also started to buy the rare used cars, just for show =D

I have two memory cards and a jump drive, so I have one game that im trying not to spend ANY money on and seeing how far I can go (no cheats), and the other profile I have unlimited cash so I have a ****load of civics and assorted nissans I'm collecting, so I buy what I want to drive, and also what I want to drift!
