How do you define a 'COOL' car?

Personally I think sleepers and the like can be as uncool as ricers. Obviously your car has to have something special about it on the inside but if it looks boring on the outside then nobody else is going to realize it and you'll just look like an average joe in your family sedan that just so happens to be an obscure limited edition model (but naturally if it has enough visual cues to suggest this then it can be cool).

Maybe it's an overstatement to say they're as uncool as ricers, actually. The only thing worse than an explanation as to why your car's cool that nobody will listen to is a complete LACK of an explanation as to why your car's cool other than 'I stuck lots of plastic on it'.

A cool car to me would have an air conditioner.

Are you saying that something like this is cool on the basis that it is fitted with air conditioning?

I think you missed the point. What do air conditioners do? Cool the car, hence cool car.
