How do you use the Fully Custimizable Transmission?

I Need some help.

I cant find a tuning option for the Fully Custimizable Transmission.Can someone please tell me how to use it?

Really should just be called Adjustable Top Speed Transmission cause that's all that can be tweaked in the current implementation.

You simply goto "settings" before a race, click on transmission and then goto the little dial icon (a couple of moves to the right) and increase or decrease your max speed. I hear in the future you'll be able to alter each gear ratio independently like in GT4, but for now it's just the overall spread of gears.
