How far off is GT5 for North America and Europe???

I will be pissed if GT5 will be released 2 months or 3 months after japan, they should hve translated the whole texts in english ever since they start making the game. I know I'm being impation, but come on! This is ridiculous! Even MGS4 with it's huge content only took about 3.5 to 4 years to make. I wont doubt PD's tallent on making a sim, but if the only reason GT5 is being delayed for EU/US because of translation. It's a joke. Give me 3 weeks of translating GT4 in my own language and I'll do it in no time. How simple is that?

Sad to say this but I think Sony will bank on this for Christmas 2010 whether we like it or not, and worse we still see this game on next E3 and still not launch in EU and North america. As for EU, guys i suggest import the Japanese version since EU is always the victim of delays. I plan to import the Japanese version( as well as Ff13 which is always the best version the Japanese version) An EU release might be on early 2011. By that time we already saw Ps4 teaser and Gt6 teaser , LOL.

2011...riiiiiiight... Besides, since when does a staggered launch translate to a delay? The only delay that could happen (so far) is for Japan to get the game AFTER March 2010, as that is the only date that has been announced. If EU is subsequently announced for December 2010, that's not a delay...it's just the way it is.

GT PSP was out worldwide on the same date, and translated into even my own language: Dutch.

Complete madness. You can safely put any thoughts of a Fall 2010 release or even later out of your mind. I think an April 2009 release is on the cards. Sony wouldn't even consider postponing it to December 2010 if it's really ready for release as they want to push as many consoles and as fast as possible. On the other hand, don't be too hopeful of a February release either. A month after JP seems the most likely scenario.

What was KY supposed to say? The truth? It is all about companies strategies. If he had stated the release date then Forza 3 could be postponed in order to make it better That way M$ would get more money and believe me, even though Sony is a way larger company than Microsoft, Howard wants to tear Bill apart
