How long 'til you're actually racing!?

Now that I've got GT6 in hand the question becomes how long 'til I'm actually able to get into it! 1.01 is loading. That's gonna take 40-45 min. Will watch the intro movie another 8 or so. Then I'll input the Anniversary code to get my cars. No idea how long that's gonna take. Let the waiting game continue!

First actual race for me was the "City Trials". But only because I was using the Clio you get from getting gold earlier on, and was running one tire compound lower than the AI. None the less, it was actually quite fun. The AI still isn't as fast as they should be, but they are much better than they were in GT5. They don't back down so easy anymore.

Now the Redeem code doesn't work. Found the problem though! Its the PSN Voucher Redeem system.

It took 55-60 min to download everything. Including the 3 min download after the V1.01. Anniv. cars and other gifts were only 5 min. Skipped the movie!

Even worse I preordered through amazon and my copy is stuck in Dallas. I didn't get it today so I'm guessing I won't see until Monday. I'm in lufkin tx.

Same here, but mine was stay in Minneapolis until Monday.
