I try to wash my cars at least every other week. We've been on water restriction here for a couple of months though, and they look like rolling crap right now.
:(

I haven't ever washed Audi, and I really don't care if Mercedes goes for some time without washing. It's not my car after all. :P

Yeah - until the other half brushes against it in her expensive white blouse, and you get paid out for about half an hour on 'how on earth can a guy so into cars not wash ours for so long'...

Hasn't happened yet - and frankly, I'd rather get the lecture than wash the car!

i wash my cars once a fortnight and polish them once a month. i use the good **** - kitten cream polish. if you want a good long lasting result, youve gotta put in the elbow grease.

the 3 wasn't washed since last year untill I washed it a couple of weeks ago...our other cars are rarely washed, they look good though. My bro use to wash his car on a weekly basis, wax everyother week. He was nuts. Now that he doesn't have readily access to the professional washer(got fired for the dumbest reason, he got off at 9:30, and 1 night it was 10PM, and he had school the next day, and they wanted him to get a new MPV ready for the morning(MPVs take a long time to wash and get ready) and he just simply said that he had school and that he needed to get home and they said "ok" and he left. A week later he was fired for that. Now he works at a local junkyard, a really fun and rewarding job, he gets to fix cars, get first grab at the cars that come in, and maybe even take a car from the yard and fix it up to sell it. They have lifts and everything, and they are our relitives so it's cool...)he washes his car not as often ofcourse...still looks nice though.

before i moved i would wash my cars probably every week and a half
i'd usually just bring out the pressure washer and blow the mud off them(damn gravel roads), that was good enough for me

Not really a washing freak, but I take huge pride in my car. I have owned two other skylines before the GTR including a non-turbo GTS, and a 2 litre turbo GTS-t. both never got washed and kept as clean as the GTR. I guess as we get older and get into a car that we take huge pride in the rest follows suit.

I wash my car 3 times a week, sometimes more. Like this summer for two weeks I washed my car everyday. I wax it twice a month.

Gee three times a week! I would not have time to do that since I work long hours durning the week, have tonnes of things to get done with the car club so my free time is sparce. I do however manage to find time to keep my baby clean.

It also get stripped and repolished once a month whether it needs it or not.

Isn't it hard on the finish to strip and polish it so often? I do a full strip, claybar, polish, wax once a year. Wax every six weeks or so. Any sooner and I'm afraid I'll kill my clearcoat...

Here's my car, '98 Grand Prix GT, I wash it about every month, and wax it about every 1 1/2 to 2 months with Meguiars show car glaze wax.
