How to change between: beginner, intermediate and advanced??

During the initial game set-up - I selected intermediate.
But the driver assists are too much I want to change to advanced - but cannot find where to do it???

I think that has to do with the level of AI that you are competing against. It's selected at the beginning of the races

If you mean the driving assists, brake assist/steering correction etc. you can do this in the options menu before each race or in the settings screen.

Just before race there is menu for all that.
