How to display tires temperature?

Hello,
various Youtubers broadcast GT7 with tires temperature overlay. I know there is a Sim Dashboeard mobile app that can do that but on smartphone screen only, not right on the big screen with GT7.
I am trying to find how to do that but did not succeed. Can someone help? Thanks.

Whatever streaming app they use, it can likely be customized to show additional stuff.
Propably even running Android on your PC so you can Sim it in a different window and then overlay it or something like that.

They won't see it on their screen like you are. Their streaming equipment is overlaying various items on top of the game (like their face camera) to be displayed on the Youtube feed.
