How to expand a shrunken image?

I recently have been making some images, fooling around with the concept of liveries & such.

I saved this image: 'http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h76/jagular14/test-15.gif' to photobucket, and it got shrunk to that size.

How do I make it bigger without making it all 'pixellated'?
It seemed alot bigger when I first made it.

No takers, I guess. Nobody knows? Is this classified as a double post,seeing as it's 9 hours since the original's conception...

Would it be possible without going 'pixel to pixel' and manually enlarging it?

as far as i know, probably not, unless you make a vector of it..

Looks like you'll have to get the vector original from A) Jordan, or B) whoever designed that logo.

You could always enlarge it and then vector-trace it yourself, though. If you can see a vague outline of the letters/shapes you can usually do a decent job of tracing it out.
