How to extract GT Concept Data to GT3 game data?

Hi,I have a question.How can I extract GT Tokyo-Geneva data that i've won to the GT3 game data?Coz I have won a license and 10K from the GT Concept,that can be used only with GT3 game,but I never knew how to do it.Plz help me.Thanks.
