How to get cars from online colectors?

I bought today the GT5 to have some fun, and i cant acess the online colectors to get the formula GT. I remember sometime ago, a friend of mine told me about a garage editor. How can I get it?

If you search Google for keywords which include GT5 garage editor, you should find it pretty easily.

Yes, i know that, I play GT6 and I spend a lot of time here but i need a new challenge, thats why i bought gt5
I need a CFW to use that or it work on the official fw?
