I see everyone with Racing decals on their car, so I thought why not get them? But I can't figure out how to get them.

I think RM'ed cars are the only ones that gets custom decals. Or you're just confusing yourself with paint chips (some comes w/ racing stripes).

I suppose you're talking about Race Modified cars, there are only 17 of them. You get the decals by Race Modding the car in GT Auto.

I have a RX-7 and I see RX-7 out there with the stickers. But i cant do that. My rx-7 is all suped up though. How do I make it in to a RaceCar?

Was it this RX-7 Race Car? Totally different car model.

Racing Modifications are one way to get decals, stripes, and stuff.
The only other way is to... well buy a racing car from the used or online car dealership, like a R390 Race car, or a C60. btw the C60 is a great car and is cheap, only 2 million Cr.! Just do the seasonal events and level up and rack up some Cr.!

Yeah.

I sound dumb but what are RM cars?

They are cars that can be "Race Modified". Buy one of the following cars:

Acura NSX '91
Chevrolet Camaro SS '10
Chevrolet Camaro Z28 '69
Chevrotet Corvette Z06 (C6) '06
Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 (C6) '09
Dodge Challenger R/T '70
Honda Civic Type R (EK) '97
Honda Integra Type R (DC5) '04
Lexus IS-F '07
Lotus Elise '96
Lotus Elise 111R '04
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR '05
Nissan Silvia Spec-R Aero (S15) '02
Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spec-C Type-RA '05
Suzuki Cappuccino (EA21R) '95
Tuscan Tuscan Speed Six '00
Volkswagen Golf IV GTI '01

Then got to GT Auto and there with the "Wash Car" and "Paint Car" is a button to "Race Modify" you car. It will get new aero body pieces and some racing graphics (stickers).

That is a Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car. (I know because I looked it up in the Apex Car Index. I've seen it at the Used Car Dealership (forgot the price).
The Apex Guide doesn't tell me the engine specs, just the length, height, and width...you know, useless nonsense. lol

But WAIT! There is one important spec, WEIGHT: 1,080 kg

Also gets you a new exhaust, transmission, suspension, etc...

Lol, those are race cars, and select few cars in game you can make a race car as posted.GT5 isnt like forza where you can add decals.

This is not Need For Speed. No decals unless they are RM'd and even then you dont get to select them.

NFS, Shift, Forza, Ferarri Challenge, Midnight Club, etc. etc. etc. No you cant do anything custom to the cars in GT5 except paint them...and only some. And paint the wheels...of only some. And put aero kits on...of only some.

Totally blows the mind why it wasnt added, but oh well.
