How to get rid of understeer?

I made this tune with all the help here.
Maybe someone could try it on the Nordschleife and see if it's any good.

I stopped watching the video at the 1:30 mark when I heard a discussion about oversteer and understeer and saw no LSD equipped on the car.

It was strictly about suspension tuning. Frankly, if you can't get anything even close to decent without modifying the differential, you won't get anywhere near great with.
