How to properly start GT7?

Yes, it is true. 1 hr gives you 1.6M. So to get 20M….that is like 2-3 weeks for me:-)
But do a few time trials, do some circuit experiences do some actual races and forget about credits and viola they are there.

If you change the goal you measure fun in a different way.

Also of all of these cars a lot of them aren't as fun as you'd imagine.

How is it passive ? 😅

I work my ass off every week to get at least silver, and sometimes gold.

If I were only looking for credits, Sardegna or Le Mans grinding race would be much more profitable in terms of time spent versus credits acquired.
I was more thinking that bronze is fairly achievable for a lot of people and that's 250k-500k for a few laps.

The passive part is once you have a medal you don't have to keep doing it so every week you get those credits with potentially minimal in game effort.

ok, bronze is most of the time one lap for most people I guess, but you said 2M credits every week hence why I reacted

I don't get this part. You have to partake every week to earn that medal (and you have to watch out for the WR evolution, in case the time improves to the point where you don't have the medal anymore)

That's relative to a persons natural pace so for some it will be gold most weeks, for others it will be nothing and for most it would be somewhere in between.

Passive was the wrong word, minimal effort is more apt with the caveat that people have varying pace etc.

That is why I dont like boasting about 2m each week as if it would almost be guaranteed - it isnt for most players, and for the other 2nd big player group it is not just a few laps but propably already enough of a time sink to really question if time vs money is even worth it at all when I know I only need 25 minutes for 825k on Tokyo.

For those that participate the large majority do get a reward with the largest cohort being in the Bronze level.

There are few outlier events that either are extremely difficult or have lower than average participation than most.

I've just grabbed 2 but the trend is fairly stable.

The only unknown is effort levels but it's less than a massive stretch to imagine that the highest effort is in getting gold/silver (probably skews to those who are vying for the world record and those on the cusp of achieving gold) and the lowest effort is likely to be in the Bronze/none categories.

I was going through a MB#42. It takes time. The most difficult is the last one, Suzuka. What I wanted to say is that I unnececarily spent 1M on Gr 1 car and I was able to win it on the Mazda I already had.
