Hello everyone

I am a GT7 streamer on YouTube called Majsport. For the past few months i have been singled out and targeted mostly every daily race where certain person or persons intentionally crash me out the entire race.

They usually wait for me to go past and then make me spin out and then next lap REPEAT.

As far as I'm aware there is no way to report such behaviour on GT7. Does anyone know a way i can contact PD directly..?

Thanks for reply

I have tried contacting Playstation directly but it's like speaking to a Bot. They don't seem to understand the seriousness of the situation.

Bullying should not be allowed on their platform and all they say is block the player on PSN which doesn't help me at all.

At the end of the day this is just a racing videogame. I can't imagine that enforcing propper racing etiquette and resolving interpersonal conflicts is very high on the priority list of the Sony Interactive Entertainment company.

By the way, why would multiple people go out of their way, ruining their own race in the process, just to target you in daily races?

just to target you in daily races?
It is not always the "why me" that matters when the stone hits it victim.
All that matters is that the stone hits any victim which in the crazy case means the stone without bias targets any streamer because ruining someone elses day is fun to them. Or someone who tries to complain about it.

Dont players get punished for bad driving behavior with drops to their online driving rating? I would think if they bully you in an online race, their ratings would drop and they will get put into a diferent category than you, not interacting with you anymore.

They know how to abuse the system.

I dont get this, how do players join your lobby in daily race to target you ? And if it's the same players as someone suggest, why does he still have the same rating as you ?

Afaik it's really hard to play with someone you know in dailies. Off course in lobbies races, it's another story.

To get a better rating and not beeing matches with ass (or less of them anyway) focus on doing a clean race, C is the best as it give the most point and you can make up for an accidental penalty. Dont start until everyone passed you (or let everyone pass you while driving like you missed the start, also do not qualify) and focus on staying on the track. Do that for a day and your rating will be higher than rammer can get. Also finish the races, it's important for your rating, as I believe you will loose rating if you dont finish it (at least it was like that in GTS, I didnt play GT7 much online). If you catch the last guy, dont overtake him, just drive safely behind him and apply pressure to him.

This is a mix of technical solutions and propability.
1. technical: because of how regions are seperated, only a certian pool of players will ever meet in the races.
2. technical: because of how rating also affects the pools, the pool shrinks even further
3. propability: if the player has occasionally found his target, they will very likely meet in the next races again because of the same timeframe of ending and starting
4. propability: even if the victim skips a race, all the offender needs to do is attend again

But you are correct that a certain rating does decrease the propability of being matched with permanent bad actors, though those who are there are very good at not getting penalized anymore.

Am I right in thinking this issue is with another YouTuber? If so can you report them through that site, it's obviously not ideal but it seems Google are more proactive about these things than Sony/Polyphony.

As much as I don't want to get involved, I will say that there is A LOT of backstory here. It's not always as simple as what it may seem on the surface: guy A is crashing guy B simply because he or she is streaming and that's all there is to it.

As an example, I love hockey, and it's often the one who retaliates that seems like the bad guy and gets the penalty despite what happened previously. Difference here is we don't have instant replay to see what may have caused the initial rift between the parties. Sure, one can wade through scores of old YT vids and/or comments on various channels should one want to invest their time into it; but, keep in mind incriminating videos/comments can be deleted by the user.

I am not trying to justify or quantify anything. I am a neutral party but have seen some of the back-and-forth over the months - simply as a casual observer - that involves OP and multiple individuals/streamers. Do your own due-diligence if you wish keeping in mind a lot of information (evidence?) may no longer be available.

Just an observation from 60k feet. Best of luck to all involved.

They make fake accounts and drop their rank to be in same race as me. These people have multiple GT7 accounts so they don't use their main account.

Its actually sad and pathetic as it sounds but being crashed out every race is not fun for me or my viewers

I just need to contact someone in PlayStation who can ban these idiots

The back story is this...
Few months ago I miss my braking point at Deep Forest and smash into a guy...

Next corner he wipes me out..!! So eye for an eye... no big deal

Next race a random guy who is friends with that guy takes me out like 15 times in 1 race. He was behaving like he's missed his meds or tlme of the month for him/her

That's where all this started and that guy is apparently a gt7 coach 🤣

Maybe. But you did very little to help your cause. In fact, you threw gas on the fire and made things much much worse for yourself - and others - than what needed to be while throwing out very serious accusations towards multiple people/streamers.

I will absolutely not be naming names (even if the site allowed it) but the only reason I know about any of this is because I am subbed to a streamer many Dominos down the line after this all started, who became involved only due to some of your accusations. Again, these are serious accusations in my opinion and I don't even want to open that Pandora's box here.

But I will say there is a streamer I've been subbed to for years that I would consider us "internet friends" that got involved, which is when I first unwittingly heard about it. I did what I advised others to do (especially @Tidgney before putting any of this in one of his videos) and watched some of your videos, watched your stream, read what you post on your community page, etc. I did not like what I was reading and seeing, that people I've "internet known" for years, not even a part of your original beef, were being accused of serious things. Despite me "knowing" them for years, what you were saying, had never been apparent (as I would not be a part of a channel that was guilty of your accusations) to me whatsoever. When you continue to cry wolf, eventually you get eaten by the wolf.

As far as I could tell, this was put to bed many moons ago after some apologies, as there was, at least originally, wrongs on both sides... but apparently not. Either things have resurfaced or one of them has a much longer memory as I've seen some new videos pop up, but that's you're beef to settle, not mine, not anyone here, not Kaz. It's between you and whomever else at this point. Please don't drag others into this like you did last time. There were many people/streamers involved in this and one common denominator.

I honestly hate that I am even involved in this at all. But I feel like the people here need to know that this onion is many layers deep. Again, I'd advise every due their own due-diligence as far as you care to.

Best of luck to all involved. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
