How to save replays in F1 2011 PS3 ??F1 2010-2016

As mentioned, I saw replays on youtube from ps3 console, but then i cant find the way to save it. How can I save it or actually this function does not exist?

I do believe that replays cannot be saved.

I think capture cards are used on the replays to upload them to Youtube.

Entirely correct, same for GT5 - except you can save them and ask a friend to capture them.

You could use any HD PVR unit, much like this one.

I haven't tried it, but there might be an option at the very end of the race to see the replay.

Sadly, there's no option to save the replay - you can watch the whole race once again but there's no option to save it at any point.
