How to test drive a car before hand?

Hi

Unlike previous vers. of GT, I would be able to purchase a car in GT mode, test drive it, and if Im not satisfied then just reload from my mem card.

However, in GT4, I can purchase a car yet, when I say change car it requires access to my mem card to save. That way, I cannot test drive a car and make additions then if not satisfied, reload my orig game.

Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?
I have already turned autosave off.

Purchase it, DO NOT CHANGE CAR, exit GT Mode and go to Arcade Mode. Any car you buy will be available in Arcade Mode (other than those purchased from other memory cards). If you don't like it, reset the console.
