How will they sell track DLC when you have an editor?

I have pretty low expectations of the new GPS track creator. If you look at the silverstone reveal it seems to be described in terms of being an enhanced generator like GT5 with extra control. I believe the slide at the presentation stated "enhanced course generation algorithm". I don't think there is going to be any direct control of where the corners are etc.
