Lmao youre wrong ahahaha. There is not going to be a livery editor in GTS. So don't get your hopes up. All will be clear after the 20th of May.
That reminds me of the course maker promises, 100km x 100km area, players being able to freely design tracks, etc. We never got any of that.I'm sure they'll expand it when the game is released.
I was wondering if someone would remember that!Lmao youre wrong ahahaha.
Nice try buddy.
Wow, thanks! Not expecting that honestly.I was wondering if someone would remember that!

Really hope PD allow us to create our own badges/logos/patterns.Seeing a decal pack as a preorder bonus makes me worried, is the livery editor going to be a microtransaction fest!
It does look really basic, even more basic than Midnight Club LA's one nearly a decade ago.
If there's only up to 64 layers per side then it's not worth it. Especially when up to 3000 per side in Forza gets you stuff like this:
Not everyone has the same priorities you do. The game is designed to appeal to 10 million users, expect a lot of features you love and others you don't care about.Really? What's more important here livery's or gameplay? Sure everyone's different but I care about how the game plays. Not what you add to a car.

You're in a thread dedicated specifically to talking about a livery editor. :/Really? What's more important here livery's or gameplay? Sure everyone's different but I care about how the game plays. Not what you add to a car.

Very much this. I swore I remember a racing game with a liverly editor that was basically a huge collection of racing templaNASCAR. It was one of the old awesome NASCAR games on PS2 before they sucked. At the end of the day, there was very little hope they were going to better Forza's livery editor, because it has the tools to mimic anything you can think of.
This implementation looks rather basic, but those with high creativity will still make a good livery. I just wish it had PD designed liveries that we could colour individual areas of and then add our own sponsors. That way every car you'd see would look professional and not the random mess some Forza races end up.
I'm not the best livery designer out there, but what I do make always looks like it would turn up to a race weekend. I hate seeing non-motorsport paints in races. One of those little things that ruin immersion.
If you're going to set up a racing league, liveries are what differentiate the cars and identify them. And in the real world, every driver gets their own unique livery on their car. This matters to me a lot.Really? What's more important here livery's or gameplay?
