Hybrid Trading Thread: READ 1st POST!

People...PLEASE STOP requesting modified X1's and anything over 2,000hp. I understand that there ARE drag-specific cars out there in the world with more than 2,000hp, but the game just lends itself to being completely ruined by those who are populating the online rooms with so many tastelessly overpower cars.

The most powerful street cars I can think of would be an AMS GTR (1850hp), TT Aventador (1200-1600hp), TT Gallardo (1200-1500hp), etc. Enough with the 2500hp ZR1's, 1,400hp Evo's, and 30k hp eco-commuter garbage boxes.

I'm serious. This **** is freaking ridiculous. Lend yourself your own helping hand and learn the limits of whatever car you're about to request, in the real world, then request that. I'd even say, post a youtube video of a car running on the street with said amount of requested HP.

I had an argument last night with a 16 year old who just knew "everything" about how ZR1 engines and 2JZ engines are SO much alike that one having the others HP is just so easy. He even went on to state that his 2500hp ZR1 was in fact, "underpowered." PLEASE! LOL.

Also...stupid swaps. There's no such thing as an AWD 2,000hp V8 Integra. There IS a V8 swapped Focus floating around Youtube though. Just don't do stupid requests. Also...those who ARE condoning this crap...please stop. I'm tired of having to search for an hour for a competent room to have a good time.

So they can do what they want. They take full responsibility for the consequences. You can't tell people how to play their games.
 
Looking for someone to make me a Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R '00 with the exhaust sound of a Ford NASCAR. Don't want it slammed or lowered unless it is nescesary to get the sound I'm looking for. Also don't want it to be ridiculously overpowered. Not sure if this is possible with the parameters I have given as I know nothing about how these hybrids are made so if this is not possible, just let me know.

As I don't borrow glitch, this will have to be a trade only deal. I have everything in the game so just let me know what you would like in return. Thanks.

Edit: Also would like it to have a 4 speed trans if that is possible.

I just made one using the 70 dodge challenger chassis and 2010 camaro ss edge special drivetrain and camaro z28 rm engine, im going to try your setup next

I dont have any modded cars to trade, but im looking for a Rx8 with either the Asparadrink RX7 motor or the 4 rotor from the 787b with sounds.

Are you serious? Although I myself am not into the ultra high HP cars either, its not up to you, or me, to tell people how to play THEIR game. No one needs your permission or approval for what they do with their game. If people want these high HP cars, let them be. Until PD does something about it, there is nothing you can do about it and making rant posts like this just makes you sound very immature. You are not anyone special here and its not up to you to tell people what they can and cannot do. If you have a complaint about how hybridding is ruining your online experience, then contact Sony/PD and cry to them because no one here is going to listen to you.
 
Well the thing i dont like about the x1 or the people who "usually" use them. Most go in lobbys chasing down everybody just to ram them. And now cause hacking is out there they need faster x1's to troll with. Not saying thats the intension of all who have or use them. But just know somebody in here with a hacked x1 is doing it to be jerks. Im sure there are a few who just get them for when they want to fool around offline. But most of the time i see a person using a x1 online they use it to be A$$hol3's

Well, like I said before, until Sony/PD decides to do something about it, you are just going to have to deal with it. It may be irritating, but until Sony/PD decides to take action, it is what it is for now. They may not even do anything, who knows.

And just fyi, trying to bypass the swear filter such as you have is against the AUP. There are smilies for that. (🤬)

:scared: I better bite my tongue then, huh? Since your the protector of the free universe and all.

I don't like relying on someone else to say something before something is ruined. I'd rather voice my opinion to make it known, rather than continue to spend an hour a night trying to find a solid room with a proactive moderator. :ouch:
 
Finished making an 18000000HP x1, must be detuned to 13.5mil hP so that it is controllable. Will put on share, maybe.. If I get enough :tup:s that is :D

If you do not want an "overpowered" hybrid for yourself, then don't get one. You cannot make other people not want them just because you don't. And I am sorry that you must search for an hour (probably only 5 minutes) to find a decent room, but hey guess what your not the only GT5 player in that boat. if people want unrealistic hybrids let them want them, its naive to think you can change a person, but that doesn't mean you have to follow the crowd and get an "overpowered" hybrid yourself. And your right there might not be a 2000HP v8 integra in real life, but this is a game, and yes even though it is the real driving simulator, some people remember that it is a game and games are all about fun, so they create unrealistic cars because they are fun, are they for everyone? no. but if you dont like them i would suggest that you dont go yapping about it to all the people who adore them, nothing good will come from that.
Just my 2 cents, not that anyone was asking.

Will a TwinCharged Corvette ZR1 '09 be deemed realistic ? I am thinking supercharger + high rpm twin turbo kit from a twin turbo car, should hit at least 1100+HP without any other upgrades.

I don't know, have you ever seen a corvette in real life?that would be the only way we know for sure.:lol: But it doesn't sound like ís too overpowered to be deemed unrealistic.
