The other extreme car to show up at Pikes Peak in 2013, revival of the record setting Peugeot 208 T16. Driven by Rhys Millen, it beat the old course record with a time of 9:02.19, but was over shadowed by Sebastian Loeb and Peugeot.

Yeah, it... Kinda looks like a Genesis, I guess. If you squint your eyes a little bit, or get away from the monitor.
Looks like what I wish a Hyundai would look like! Lol, looks like more of a Genesis than this, which they also called a Genisis

The RMR Hyundai Genesis PM580 (RMR PM580, Hyundai PM580, Hyundai RMR PM580) is a LeMans-style race car built by Rhys Millen Racing (RMR) racing to compete in the 2010 Pikes Peak International Hillclimb Unlimited class and designed to break the 2007 record time of 10:01.408 minutes set by Nobuhiro Tajima's in a Suzuki XL7 Hill Climb Special.

In 2013, RMR built a new version named Hyundai RMR PM580-T (Hyundai Genesis PM580T) to break the record in Pikes Peak previously held by the Hyundai RMR Genesis Coupe, although it placed 2nd overall. The PM580T is again a Pikes Peak-specific prototype, based heavily on the previous PM580 prototype.

A close look reveals a carbon fiber monocoque tub, actually a Gen-1 Crawford Performance Engineering Daytona Prototype chassis (manufactured in November 2005), clearly visible through the custom tubing. With the exception of the pushrod suspension with coil-overs, brake ducting for the iron rotors on the outsides of the frame rails and the large aluminum radiator tilted forward to swallow fresh airflow at altitude (the blue hose, mounted just ahead of the radiator, provides a cooling spray of water).

The rear, however, was all business as the race team had bolted one of Hyundai's Lambda V6 engines in place. While the engine started life as a naturally-aspirated 3.8-liter, it now existed as a 4.1-liter V6 forced to breathe through an absolutely massive Garrett turbocharger. A custom intake, free-flow exhaust, specialized engine management and a diet of racing fuel provide all of the proper ingredients to generate upwards of 900 horsepower. The rear-wheel drive powertrain features a sequential six-speed gearbox, with a clutch for launch. The most striking part of the engine bay was unquestionably the gold foil, its bright surface covering as much as possible in an effort to reflect the immense heat away from critical parts.
