I have my cars and all my menu books but I’m missing tracks and level are messed up how do I fix this.

I finished all of them and all the tournaments when they went down for that maintenance I had to restart but playin for a wile I got my progress kinda back they all show but when I go in to races nothing shows and my level is still not fixed
