Well like I explained before, the only thing my dad wants me to spend money on is things for my car. He's the dictator of this house. If I can't afford going out to a track day, he'll force me to go, pay for my fuel/tyres, and expect my payment when I get payed. When he bought our PS2... I almost had a stroke, but he took it in his room and I wasn't even allowed to play it (I was 20 at the time I think). Then GT3 came out, and we would race, I'd win, he'd get pissed and not talk to me for a day or two. When I saw how much he hated getting beat by his son, I realized why he LOVES beating me in real life when we race. Well it's quite funny actually. Everyone that I know, doesn't own a camera... and the ones that do, have someone borrowing it. The way I got the pictures from my site, were from my friend's scrapbook and he just scanned them and e-mailed them to me. To be honest, getting a camera isn't the thing that's in my mind all the time. Hahaha, well my current girlfriend (not my official girlfriend... but gets the job done
) doesn't have one, but I might know some that do.I went with a friend once in his JZA80 and we were going around the 270-280km/h area against a BNCR33. But they will go well over the 290-300km/h mark. I'm actually thinking about it now, I can increase the turbine (for the second time) in my FC, tune the gears... and try out the highway battles... Maybe, I'm not really into it as much as some of the kids here. Get this, the cops don't even bother going out here because they can't keep up with them (except the Z16A guy...), so they put speed sensitive cameras. If you go faster than 160km/h it will miss your lic. plate.

It's not needed, I got a friend coming from Florida around Christmas time and I told him to bring his video camera. I want to SHOW you guys what it's like here. I won't race at all though... I don't like driving in the snow, but I will race if the roads are just icy. But I'll give a tour of my house and my garage most likely.

My friend tells me they have undercover GT-R's that partol the highways.

300km/h is actually around the 180mph area... it's still too fast for me. Now that Corvettes are in the highway runs... The fastest guy that USED to race on the highway had a Z16 with a Ferrari 550 Maranello engine in it. He blew it up though... that's what I heard at least.

I look away for a day, and this thread explodes by three pages. Absolutely astonishing.
It's been a while since I had the peace of mind to sit down and write about what's going on, rather than just ragging on people for petty problems elsewhere.
The FC deal completely fell through. When I made use of the RACQ/Union deal my parents had to check out the car, it was in pretty shoddy condition, or so the report I recieved said. Not a terribly big surprise, but I still haven't decided what the hell I'm going to do about it, now. Might go back to looking for another S13, since the green one I had my eyes on sold whilst I was chasing the FC.
And I'm sure we're all looking forward to any video by you, Tom. Myself, I'm actually interested to an oddball level to see the house and garage, moreso than an actual race. Why? I dunno, must be the old man in me
