I need help. Anyone in the Washington DC area?

I've been struggling trying to get faster for a very long time now. I think if I could sit with and watch/talk to a fast(er) racer than myself I could actually SEE how to run faster.

That being said, I'm hoping to meet a local fast racer willing to help me. Please let me know. Thanks.

You're exactly 2 days late with this post. I could have been up there. Wife went on business trip there and I could have went with her if I wanted to. I probably still wouldn't have went, lol, but at least that might have been a little extra incentive to go.
