I am currently trying to get the best suspension setting for the Nissan fair lady Z 300ZX TT ‘89 with an GT35 engine swap for the ‘24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit’ ‘world touring car 700’ race.

It feels like I’ve been trying for ever to get this tune right but I either make it too slow at cornering, creating a lot of understeer, or I start ‘bouncing’ or ‘hopping’ around corners, everything I try seems to end in slow cornering, and I would like some advice on how to get good suspension settings for this race, please.

I'm doing this from memory, but this is roughly how I set mine up
Racing Hard Tyres
body height 15mm above minimum.
Anti roll bars 8/8
compression 30/30
expansion 40/40
Natural frequency 3.10/3.00
Camber 1.8/2.0
Toe 0.00/0.35

LSD
5
20
5

Downforce
150/300 (requires rear diffuser and big ugly custom wing set to get 300 rear downforce)

Add ballast to the rear to get to 50/50 weight distribution and limit power from there.

I run a youtube channel which has several videos on tuning if you're interested.
