i need help with a replay from live for speed

ok i have a .spr file i need converted to either GIF or WMV can someone help me?

AFAIK you can't convert the spr to a gif or wmv. You'll have to capture it. Get a program called fraps. This way, you play the spr normally in LFS and use Fraps to capture the video as it's playing. Then you can convert that video into a gif if you like.
