Welcome to GTP, sorry i cant help u with this question tho....

If I'm not mistaken the muscle car cup has no HP limit. If you want to stick with the muscle car theme, the gt350 is a good choice. If you haven't already go to shelby and tune your HP as high as you can. Also buy the super soft racing slicks. Another good mod is the full customize suspension. It is under professionals only. After buying this you can go into your settings and change the springs as high as they will go, and the ride hieght as low as it will go. Also the full racing transmission is important... If your having trouble spinning, set the auto setting as high as it will go. This will slow your take off, but will increase your top speed. There are some other things you can do, but these seem to me to be the most effective. I hope this helps.

My favorite muscle car to drive is the cuda. Fully moded it handles great.

Yeah I have to agree that the GT350 is a good car to have. After you get the Professional Suspension, do make sure to lower the ride height to the ground. It helped me with the '67 and '82 Corvette as well as my Challenger. Whats also good is if you drive with the manual. Automatics suck in the first place (in the game), it makes it easier to keep your wheels from spinning when you take a corner, you can control your speed better in with the manual.

For the Muscle car races, you may bring any car in the game. The best car I've run in is the Mazda RX-7 that you win in the FR series. Do all the weight reduction, Full-race trannie, full-race flywheel, driveshaft, and either 1.5 way limited-slip or full limited slip with initial at 4-5, accel at 30-32, and decel at 15-16. Adjust auto until 5th gear is as close to 1.000 as it will go and you can peat the muscle cars without even tweaking for HP. This car is also perfect for the Trial Mtn endurance race and the only car under 295hp that will give you a chance against the GT-40 in the Historic car cup.
If you want to stick with the historic car theme. the Shelby is good. So is a properly tuned 1969 Camaro, and the GT-40 road car. Be careful with the GT-40 tho', cause it can get truly tail-waggin' wild if you go past stage 1 mods without serious tuning!
Good Luck

The cars aren't really even worth it. The Cobra 427 '67 alright, you can sell it for 75G's, the Phaeton is one of the ugliest pieces of crap there is, and can't remember the other one.

I ended up selling them all anyway, even though you can't buy the Phaeton.

You can always easily win them back with the :suzuki:uzuki Escudo.

Eddy,
The car you can't remember is the piece of garbage, can't be tuned over 249 hp and handles like a brick, Plymouth GT that we all immediately sell for the 25,000 cr.

That's it. Another one you can'tbuy but is a total piece of ****.

BTW, it's Plymouth PT Spyder.

You can use any muscle car you want, just tune it to the max.
All the AI cars are pretty much stock, plus they useually stay in a tight pack bumping each other in the turns. I took the '69 'vette.

You win easily with the Escudo to.

BTW, if you bought that lancer rally car, than this'll will make you mad. there's no need to blow 500,000 from the mitsubishi special lot, you can win it from the special stage r5 endurance. And I recommend the Escudo for that race.

yeah i know. theres 2 though. you can win the 99 one in the endurance race. you have to buy the 98. this guy may not have much cash and that car is a really good investment for 500g
