Well i need to know what is:

The best track to do it

A recommended drivetrain

And a recommended horsepower (natural not adjusted)

Thanks in advance

There are cars in the game that are specifically designed for drifting so that's probably the easiest solution.

Tsukuba is great fun for drifting.

As far as standard cars go Silvias, Supras, 180sx, 200sx, 240sx, or any FR type setup usually drifts well.

Finally, make sure the front tires have more grip than the rears. Eg:. s3/s1.

I find the ZR1 to be a pretty good drift car.....a bit overkill but still fun on say S3's but will still slide with R1's

My favorite cars to drift are American muscle cars. They are heavy and things happen slow, but they maintain drifts well. My favorite overall is probably a Mercury Cougar on N1 tires.

Pick a medium speed course without too many heavily cambered turns. If you just want to make credits it's Ice Arena all the way, though.

This is actually pretty bad advice. You want the car to be balanced for drifting. Keep the same tires front and rear. Putting less grippy tires on the rear is a crutch. To develop good technique, you need to learn to slide the car with a balanced setup.

^^So true!

In my opinion one of the best tracks to learn drifting is Driving Park Motorland, any FR car is good, I recommend you tyres N1/N1 and keep in mind what Glubags say.
