Dude,
We aren't about tryin' to dis you.
In my line of work, I have learned that it doesn't take a whole lot of power to get you into a tight situation that your body will pay for.
Just offering up advice on
keeping you alive. Sorry if that offends you.
If you want to present with all this attitude, do what you want. But, PLEASE fill out the donor card on the back of your license.
I still really hope that your parents nix the idea of a High HP ride for you as your first car.
I don't think you need to be stuck with a 1964 Nova Station-Wagon. But a VR-4 is a lot of car, with a great deal of power.
I have a friend who has a Stealth, which is the Dodge version of the GTO. She let me drive it and I know it's a powerhouse.
She's driven it over 140 mph. Your contention that the GTO is a "normal" car won't wash with me.

My dad gave me a "hot" car at 16, and I had access to two others. There are some things that have happened that make me glad to
still be here to type this.
I just figure that I've used up
everybody's[b/] fair share of teen "dumb luck".![LOL  ](/wp-content/themes/gtp16/images/smilies/lol.svg?v=3)
