I neee help!!

My black edition r35 is stuck on 165/166mph across the line on Indy, no matter what I try I can't get higher, I raced another GTR and it was across the line at 175 (not sure if he was using nos) I need help to improve my speed.

Since you said Indy and across the line I assume you are talking about drag racing. If you are try out my black edition drag tune as it is quick. I do not remember how fast it goes, but if it's not fast enough for you the NISMO edition is even faster.

I'm with @shmogt on this one sounds like drag tune question, I would venture over to drag racing main forum to get help there. While most of us tuners can get a decent drag tune done thouse guys over there are the true drag experts and can squeeze every last mph from the car.
