Deadlifts are around 300lbs so I need to work up to it. I need more than a couple warm up sets to be ready to lift that. I can't really explain how it works taking jack3d it's sort of like it flexes every muscle for you. Having to flex every muscle in your body to do a deadlift is very hard and anything to help I'm gonna do.

You don't need jack3d to warm-up for deadlifts nor do you have to flex every muscle to do it. You set your back and pull. Have you read your posts? Every other post it's you need jack3d to do this or this. If someone needs a supplement to workout then obviously there's a problem.

I personally will pay for the steroids and all your food for five years and I promise you will never get as big as a pro bodybuilder. It is insane dedication to get those size muscles and a lot of great genetics.

Of course not, you need the human growth hormones too.

I think you are missing the point here - plenty of people work out just fine and bulk up without resorting to "pump up" drugs before their workout. Warming up isn't hard and doesn't take long.

You honestly just sound incredibly lazy and are looking for shortcuts with everything. The way you word your posts and don't take the time to learn "know" from "no," among other things, certainly works to reinforce this. If you feel you have to perform in front of other people for your work out, you honestly have some other issues you need to get out of the way.

Hahaha how I am missing the point? The whole point is will it ship. I don't care what you guys do so don't worry about what I do. I can leg press 800lbs for reps at 160lbs don't worry about me working out. I love how me saying no instead of know somehow reinforces that I can not perform at the gym. Warming up for me takes long for whatever reason my blood doesn't move very quick and I always have to do an extra set or some more reps compared to everyone else. I also like going very heavy on hard compound movements so I need a couple minutes rest between sets. It all adds up and I don't have much time in there so I'd like to maximize it. I also have not perfect shoulders or hips so I have to do a bunch of other exercises specifically for them every workout that other do not have to worry about. I never asked once for people's opinion on what's good for me or not just asking experience on shipping since this is a tricky situation.

Edit: I like the way it feels when I'm on it so I'm using it. Simple. Any of you can buy it at the store and use it too (unless your in Canada lol). It's just caffeine and a couple other stimulants. Same as a energy drink only with no sugar and I personally find more effective.

My gym everyone is on steroids and sometimes it is tough to get the confidence to grab little tiny weights compared to he monster weights these guys are doing. It just kills my whole workout. On jack3d I am god.

I like this so I use it. I'm sure you like cake so you eat that. If i want to go buy meth and inject it into my neck ill go do it. I can do whatever i feel like its my body. I can't explain the feeling but I just can't focus enough in the gym. Jack3d blocks out the world and it's just me and the weights. No distractions at all. The roid guys do so much weight and scream on each rep than talk so loud to each other it's very tough to concentrate.

I think you have an addiction. I refuse to believe that stuff actually does anything. You just feel you need to take something before you can properly work out. I suggest you stop this now, but if you want destroy your body a bit further just to look bulky, then go ahead.

Whatever you're taking, from your posting it sounds that it's giving you a serious addiction and it doesn't sound like it's any good.

Just man up in the gym for Pete's sake! Every single bodybuilder out there started out where we all start when we start lifting. No normal person is born with 200lbs of muscles.

If you've got body issues then get free weights and work out at home...

Pretty funny you need jack3d just to work out, all I ever do is knock off a couple of energy bars and get into it. Doing ridiculously high weights at low low low reps won't help either (maximizing your time? More like wasting it) as you need to do atleast 45mins to an hour per session (I do 2 sessions a day atm, just weights in the morning for an hour then a treadmill/weights sesh in the afternoon for 2 hours) and I do weights that make me have to work but I can punch out a very high number of sets and that's what is doing the job for me. Quantity is what you need not just huge weight....

I shouldn't be surprised by this, because I remember you now as the guy who thought that being a champion dog fighter was a good thing, and that the national education system could be fixed simply by adopting a system used by another country without worry about the context that it was originally used in.

It does depend what your aims are. If you're aiming to get ripped, then high reps does the job.

Solid strength work apparently is slightly different with very very heavy weights at a low reps. As its all about the recovery process to build the muscles.
 
I've been doing mixed set on occasion (high weight/low rep and lower weight/high rep) and the thing that builds the muscle is time in terms of how long each session is and session frequency. If you hit the gym once a day doing high weight/low reps for less than 45mins-1 hour then it won't be totally enough, you need to fit in atleast 3 sessions a day to really build (with atleast 2 rest days a week) otherwise going to the gym, pumping weights then going home to do nothing is a waste of time.

This is only reason I asked. I just have details so people could get a better understanding of what the problem is. For some reason everyone has to tell me how to train and how I am addicted to it and need help lol. No one asked me what my health conditions are or what my current routine is to even make these conclusions. I stated multiple times here that I have been working out for 3yrs already and have a perfect healthy diet. I tried this product a long time ago and when I went to buy more recently I saw it was banned. How can I be addicted to something I do not even take? I like the way I felt when I took it before so why would I buy something else that may or may not work as good. Everyone feels the need to have no real bodybuilding experience yet tell me how it works and even worse how my body responds to training and supplements.

I still think you should go with N.O. Explode 2.0.One reason is it's safer and not addicting.

Just be sure to drink plenty of water.The only negative effect i have from using it is that i pee a heck of a lot after using it.

One other thing,when i was younger i used to eat honey sandwiches before a workout to give me energy and drink 2 glasses of milk for my protein.This was when i couldn't afford all that stuff.Now i just use N.O. Explode before and then eat 3 eggs and a glass of milk after a workout.

All that water obviously equals a lot of pee lol. I eat like crazy now and still don't have the energy to last a full workout. I even moved to eating half and hour before working out, but my body just process it so fast.

Ok that's good to hear. That's why I stayed away from the 2.0 since I didn't respond the best from the first one. I haven't tried the new superpump max yet either so I may try that sometime as well.

Ya carbs are tricky for me. I found I need at least 70g of carbs before I workout, but I sometimes have a trough time guessing how many carbs are in rice and oatmeal. I don't think I'm gonna watch my diet at all anymore and just eat as much as I want. Still keeping it clean foods not junk, just a lot more of them.

I like jack3d I got the best results from it, but it's the same as N.O. Xplode. That site in general has cheaper than store prices no matter what you buy. If you live in the US it's free shipping on a lot of things too. My fav thing about jack3d is the scoop is so tiny. It's maybe 1inch high and about 1inch wide. That way you don't have to deal with so much water to mix it with.

This is true. The only caffeine I take and definitely recommend if you're taking a pre workout is from the pre workout. I heard once you pass 600mg it starts to get dangerous. I think that means at one time, but it may mean a max for the whole day. Either way all I do is 200mg a day which is roughly 2 cups of coffee so it's very safe.

It seems crazy becuase people know nothing about it and just jump to conclusions. This is a mass marketed product sold all over the world and is just a step above a energy drink. It's not a big deal or crazy at all. For whatever reason one of it's ingredients got banned in Canada. I have no idea why and would love for someone to give me a reason. I guess I should apply to their marketing division since I make it seem so much more intense than what it actually is lol.

Ya caffeine doses are more per person since you build a tolerance very quickly to it. I am pretty caffeine sensitive myself so I can't take very much. One of my old bosses used to have his shop next to a coffee time and literally had 10 coffees a day and that's just what I saw when there. So he clearly is having more than 1000mg a day of caffeine which is like a death dose according to science lol. People have died, but it's true they prob had a heart condition or high blood pressure because normally your gonna have to drink a lot and should be able to tell it's too much.

A local barista died from having too much coffee one day because she hadn't slept. It was from having too much caffeine. It isn't just an urban myth that people have died from excessive caffeine consumption.

How tall are you anyway? Why not gain some weight and strength by focusing on the compound exercises?

I assume you are asking me. I'm 5'10", 160lbs currently, probably 12-14% body fat as I haven't been able to push to the limits as much. I do a 3 day split right now and start with a very heavy compound movement than get slightly less hard compound movements and finally move to 1-2 isolation movement. The way to build muscle isn't about how many sets or reps you do or what movements you do. It's about the quality of the reps. "The reps you don't do are the ones that build muscle"-Gregg Plit. So if I can take a supplement to help me get more quality reps at the end of the year it will add up to a ton of new muscle mass.

It's also about eating. 160 pounds at 5' 10" is pretty light. Personally, I would try to gain about 25-40 pounds while getting stronger, and then lean down and see where I'm at. Movements do matter. If you quit doing compound movements, you won't get very far. The other way around works out much better.

Lol well ya I said what my plan was. I started at 140lbs so gains have been made, but ya obviously I'm still eating more to get bigger. My goal is 180 at 10% body fat.
