I thought we could change the wheels of ALL cars now???

anyone know why I can't change the wheels for the Bugatti?? the 2013 one btw since I figured it's the more premium model. I thought PD said we can change the wheels on all cars

There are still plenty of cars you can't change wheels on. You'll just have to find it the old fashioned way...trial and error.

That's hella lame. I understand not being able to change the wheels on something like LMP cars, but a street going Bugatti?!?!? that's outrageous!
Really wanted to make a copy of this in my game lol
