I restarted my game and am hunting for packages. I just completed Phnom Penh '86 which unlocks the second island. Now, if I were to get 80 packages (thus unlocking the Sea Sparrow) would there be a Sea Sparrow on the top of Diaz's Mansion when I kill him and take over it? I know if you get 80 packages before you buy the Hyman Condo the Sea Sparrow will spawn on the helipad there too.

when i restarted my game i collected all 100 in the same way you are planning..The sea sparrow does infact appear at diaz's mansion regardless if you,ve killed him and taken over..

As for the Hyman condo's i had a 100 when i bought that place and no sea sparrow there..

I also done all the side missions before doing anything else..So when i went to kill Diaz that was the very last thing i did ..Nice way to end the game methinks ..

i too had gotten all 100 packags before killing diaz and buying hyman condos and the sea sparrow only apperas beteween the pools at the mansion

Yeah - I got 100 packages before doing Diaz and the Sparrow spawned down there.

Yeh, Sea Sparrow only spawns behind the back entrance...never on the roofs of any buildings...can anyone confirm that the Hunter actually spawns in the Ocean Beach helipad???

You must get all 100 packages and beat Keep Your Friends Close for the Hunter to appear at the helipad in Ocean Beach.

Head over to Ammunation and keep heading south. You'll reach a building (there is a package at the back steps). Next to this building is the helipad where the Hunter spawns.
