I personally like the classic, more aggressive, yet sleek design of the 4th Gen, but C.O.T. is really great looking with the rear spoiler, even though the fans never really liked it for some odd reason. 6th is fast and more aerodynamic, but its fat and more in line to the production base model of the car.

Might as well add NASCAR the way some people drive, one guy last night on the Gr4 daily race could not pass any opportunity to ram any car that got near them. I shouldn't complain because once I got by him they held off any anyone trying to chase me down so in the end I won the race.

It'd be nice to have the cars from when NASCAR peaked in popularity in the early 2000s. The newer models look more interesting, however they just remind me of declining audiences and crowds in the stands.

If they ever add NASCAR, whatever models they do add Northern Isle will be great for them.

As for what NASCARs they should add, I'm not really into NASCAR so I don't care. That said the 6th gen Camaro NASCAR looks pretty cool.

And like Group 3 having fictional cars alongside real GT3s they could have fictional NASCARs.

My best guess is if they would add some sort of stock car to the game, it would be a fictitious variant, similar to what SMS did with the Caper Monterey in Project CARS.

I honestly like a three suggested generations, including the CoT - put down the pitchfork! i'd be perfectly fine with the Gen 6 or a fictional Gen 4 style to bring back some nostalgia.

I don't know. The shape of the gen 4 cars changed an awful lot over the years, and the Daytona/Talladega cars aren't really representative with how the cars looked the rest of the season. The front bodywork was much lower at the other tracks near the end of their use, and the cars looked great. I do like the look of the current cars, with the subtle flared out wheel arches. Anything but the "car of tomorrow." Those were just ghastly.

Atenza Stock Car? I personally kind feel that the Atenza Gr.3 could stand in for a stock car for time being...

Well, I'd say an Atenza stock car would fit. I don't think the Group 3 would make a good stand in for one given that it's more of a GT3 car.

Any of the models from Days of Thunder, I wouldn't drive them as I have zero interest in Nascar, They looked cool in the film however.

Nascar reminds me of GTAV races, in that you need to know when to be in 2nd place to cross the finish line 1st.
I prefer racing when it's simple - qualify fastest and win from the lead.

Any as long as they don't spend their time adding a ridiculous number of oval tracks... I can't see the point in them when they could add tracks back in like Spa, Sarthe and Grand Valley

I was wondering This, but why does everyone specifically hate the car of tomorrow?I mean, It's a great looking car.
For me, it's about the proportions. The COT seem narrow and tall, with the side windows and pillars almost completely vertical. They look like trucks. That and the aero bits that tried to make them look like some kind of GT car, it was just super cheesy.

Honestly some much older when the cars looked more different from one another.

I'm not a huge fan of NASCAR, but one thing that annoys me is when all the cars are more-or-less the same with just a different badge. I did recall that a few years back they had new cars in the second tier that had at least a passing resemblance to their road-going namesakes.

On a slightly similar theme, the next generation of Le Mans prototypes will also be required to have shape similarities to production road cars. I'm quite looking forward to that as the current LMP1 pretty much look the same, more so when draped in similar dull/un-inspiring liveries.

Would like the most recent versions of the cars, not interested in any other ones since I am not a fan of NASCAR in the first place.
