They should make it where,Your b-spec driver can died from a racing accident and he is no longer avalible to use in the game and your forced to create a new one.

Completely agree. I would like to know if someone actually enjoys B-Spec. I personally think it's one of the most hated features because it's poorly thought of and not entertaining at all. I can't understand how Kaz thinks B-Spec is something GT players want. If I wanted to see someone else do the racing, then I'd just watch some actual, real-life race instead of the poor driving Bob.

I do, as do most of us from the B-Spec forum. It definitely has its flaws (and boy, is it flawed), but no other racing game offers a similar feature. Perhaps if PD improved B-Spec and actually made it into a full-fledged race strategy mode with decent AI, more people would play it. Also, remote racing is awesome and I like running my Bobs against my friends'.

Yeah, I quite enjoyed it too and I've been nowhere near the B-spec forum!
I tended to watch my Bobs do the remote races and was surprised at the tactics they all got upto. Some were quite hilarious.
Agreed though that the mode would need some sprucing up and co-operation with A-spec to drag more peoiple into accepting it. F5 is making a big deal of something similar (forget what it's called) but your Bob's did learn some of their driving style from how you would tackle a race and built upon that - well, it was more noticeable if you selected the right temprament that didn't have conflicting imperatives.

A good feature for GT6 is to allow us to create many Bobs as opponent AI in arcade and GT Life practice races, or maybe even fill up online race lobby. We also have the options to set their pace, aggressiveness and tactics - dirty or clean under race options and lobby.
And please, allow us to assign bob's name our own, no compulsory random generator.

I'd be happy with being allowed to assign an initial of choice to the extensive surname database suggestions. I never did get an N. Drake even after spending an hour scrolling through one time

I would love the idea of racing against my own B Spec driver to train him up a bit. Both of us using my cars as well. However, B Spec in GT5 was not good. The only reason I used it was to get extra cash while I was doing homework, or to break in cars that could be de-tuned to 500pp. Others may enjoy it, but I didn't particularly - and the feature as a whole needs a lot of polish. At least in GT4 I could speed up the race.

If we have B-spec again, it better be integrated with A-spec rather than copy-pasting all the events and have you do them all over again in derp mode.

What an extremely bad taste idea. Fatal crashes in motorsport aren't things that should be re created virtually. Do you think the families of drivers who died whilst racing would think this is a good idea?
Not only that, Bob's a pretty good driver 95% of the time so you could be waiting a while.
Does B-Spec take that much time and that many resources? I would have thought it was quite a simple thing to add and, it doesn't take up much disc space.
I thought B-Spec was a good thing. Great way of earning money and cars without the Mrs getting the hump about not spending enough time together

B-spec is actually closely related to AI-development and therefore every minute spent on it is a good thing. B-spec is just a by-product that makes use of the AI already being there.
