I can't drive yet but I think i would like a nissan 350z. it's sporty but you can use at as a daily driver unlike a ferrari or a lamborghini

So, I'm winning so far, right?

I mean, with a 427 Cobra, you couldn't haul any luggage or if need be, children. So that's out. Plus, where do the parts come from?

The 1971 Oldsmobile 442 has a unique set. Can you say gas-guzzler? I think those cars get around six or seven miles on a gallon, now. That, of course, is if they can pass emissions. Don't know where space is living, but here in Illinois, it'd be tough.

psonefreak's come close, though that truck isn't exactly the model for reliability in all the world. Plus, it only seats two, and since you must have it for the rest of your life, it limits your lifestyle choices.

My E430 has the powerful engine - the V8, 4Matic, so it can drive wherever need be, climate control, the wagon for hauling, room for five, a bit of pickup, and decent reliability. I rule!! :P

You and a partner are the only people who need to be in a Cobra
Shelby American began producing Cobras again, surely they'll have parts?
So what if its a gas-guzzler, its an american muscle car they'll supposed to chew gas up.
You dont need climate-control with a Cobra - its a open car!
Your telling me that your rather settle for an piddly little electronic V8 than a HUGE 427/442 Muscle machine?!?

1 nobody ask about gas emission or how many space you need . 2 don't know where you living ,but i can get parts for mycobra if i don't find in person by the net are a lot of sites for that. ( i mean a lot)

make me a favor take your e430 go away and never try to piss on my s.c 427.

M5Power: My truck is the most reliable vehicle we have ever had. And it seats three, not two. And i'm only plannin on havin one girl.

I'll keep my DA-body B17A1-engine 1992 Acura Integra 1st generation GS-R, it's the best of both worlds:

-Its got a powerful (stock) engine that could chase a V8.
-A gas sipper (320mi city/ 340mi hwy) so I could use it everyday.
-Practical hatchback compartment just right for my luggage needs.
-Standard anti-lock brakes for safety.
-Excellent handling (once I change the tires) for those twisty roads.
-Typical Honda reliability, durability, fit and finish.

The only thing I need to improve my car (and patience) is to restore it, then tweak the engine a bit, put a neat and simple sound system, and put JDM exterior and a bit of interior modifications.
And best of all I got last year w/ 50,000 mi on it. Now I logged 75,000 mi so this car will last a long time.

The first B-series engine w/ VTEC.

Not to the gallon, thats the driving range. I think the mileage is maybe 24/30 mpg.

Well since we'll be running out of fuel in the not too distant future, I would have to go with something like a ... bicycle and a pair of New Ballance cross training shoes.

I'd rather get a pair of Nikes, The're more lighter to the feet.

I started with first Air Max when I was seven yrs. old.

Air Max ... very nice shoe. I don't even own any Nikes right now. I've got a pair of Adidas, and a pair of New Ballance. I need new shoes though.

Hey, man, whatever floats your boat - I do rather like that truck. It sure is one rockin' vehicle.

f50:  Ask an owner of a real Cobra if he uses it for daily driving. When he says no, ask him why not. And when he tells you that costs too much, ask him how much it costs to run. Then try and own one on any normal salary.

Or ask Carroll Shelby himself.

427 S/C (and the British AC Superblower) doesn't have a trunk.

or ask carroll shelby himself
.
sorry but carroll shelby is :rip: :(

hey m5 the only reason for no drive a cobra daily is the milleage (increase to much and is not good for the collectors like me)

2 if you have the money for pay for a real cobra 427 believe me you got enough money for pay for gas.

make me a favor take your e430 go away and never try to piss on my s.c 427.

was a black day for us ( cobra lovers ) he was the father of many's americans dreams like: viper, daytona coupe, gt350,gt500, gt40,cobra and a lot of the best cars ever made.
