I did sort of learn new stuff; how to deal with loneliness, living in below average conditions, independence, dealing with anxiety, etc. I also have a new profound appreciation for everything that is good in my life.

I think that's the main point of it and if you happen to find a calling in the military and stay then that's it's own endeavor. Good job coming out with some positives, and I hope your phone didn't smell too bad

Yep, you do kinda feel like you can deal with anything now (I'm sure that will fade away soon ). Legit laughed out loud at the last sentence

I have a technical interview in a bit, so hopefully I get the job.
