Hello everyone,
I am very proud to present Team 'I'll Owe You Won' Motorsports Endurance League. After sorting through a ton of different ideas, it was hard to figure out what to base a league off of. Then it hit me all at once. 2 different classes running at once, 1 make car per class. In order to keep this interesting the car selection for each week will be determined the Wednesday after the Endurance Race is run on Tuesday. There will be points where the whole field gets to determine which cars we will be racing, others I will just pick the car. I am hoping this is something people are interested in.

Racing Etiquette

A good guide line to always follow is the GTPlanet Online Racing Rules. To be direct, race smart and race clean. All drivers will be expected to keep two wheels on the track at all times. This certainly includes overtaking. But hey, we're all racers. We know that accidents can happen, even to the best racers. If you feel like you cut the track to make a pass, or rammed into someone to gain a position, you will be expected to give the position back. If you feel there was an incident that should be reviewed, let me know through a private massage with the lap number (and if you can provide the corner, that would also help), and the incident will be reviewed. Point penalties may result.

On Track Penalties

Certain tracks may have penalties on. In these cases, if you do go off track and a penalty does not go off (which can happen), then it is a legal move. If it is for a position, these situations can always be reviewed.

Lapped drivers, or drivers about to lose a lap to the leader are expected to give way to lead drivers in the safest way possible which is maintaining your race line. It is also the responsibility of the lapping driver to complete the pass in the safest way possible.

Excellent, for the longer endurances when we do them I will set the time accordingly.

I'm working out the details and once we get enough sign ups we will run the race. It looks currently that we have 5 or 6 racers. I think if we get a solid 10 we will be running.

Awesome Doc and Ares :-). I will be updating everything hopefully over this weekend when I get a chance. Got fresh powder along with a snowboard that needs to be used.

@flip55 @Ares85 @draqua_fresh @Nail-27, first off Thank you all for the support to make this happen. I hope that I can really start executing what I have set off to do since I meet each of you. Spreading the word makes it even better. We have met a great amount of people that can help develop this club/group/team.

Tomorrow night everyone because of scheduled maintenance we will be holding a test and tune night.

I would like everyone to bring both cars to the track. This will give us a great indication on how closely matched the 2 cars are. At that point we can vote if we want them dead even with each other or if we want to spread out the time differential a little more.

I will hopefully be opening the room at 10pm est. I'll update tomorrow during the afternoon at what time is looking good. We have 7 sign ups and I'll get them listed in one of the posts up top once I get to a computer. See everyone there tomorrow night.

Ahh, server maintenance... Been there, had to cancel events due to that...

Yeah but it can be used to our advantage for tuning. Could be worse it could be unannounced and we could have been racing for a hour an a half at that point.

Updated Driver listing, added in a few car options that are not set in stone. I am about to roll out 3 more endurances which will take us to Mid to Late January depending on circumstances of the holiday season. I will ask that we keep spreading the word on the series.

I know @Nail-27 and @flip55 have both helped in spreading the word. I also know my setup is not flashy like anyone elses, but regardless it is okay. I ask that @kgffty , @Ares85 , @draqua_fresh , @VELOCI_2NR , along with everyone else we race with get the word out. I know Ned is starting his endurance team for this year coming up, I want to put together a group of people that are interested at the least in running the 24 hours of Lemans this year with me, if not more races. I know it is a big commitment so it is open right now to discussion.

I still want my main focus being a fun racing League where we can help people develop along with each of us developing to be faster and better with our racecraft.

Quick update everyone. Looks like time will be set for 10pm est for testing and tuning tonight.

It is still slightly subject to change due to the wife having me build a entertainment unit tonight but that should not be too big of an issue (in theory at least) i will open the room if I have not completed it at least to have the room up.

I plan on a quick 45 minute to an hour long race tonight to get everyone accustomed to the race regulations along with how far our tuning has come. Hope to see everyone there. If you enter and I don't respond right away I'll be building that unit.

Due to the holidays we are going to wait until the New Year to start racing. Hopefully we can get some more people on the track also.

I'm down for this please
PSN/ GTPlanet is WanganGhost
Car number. 17
If possible for the future car. Id like to use the Ruf 3400K
