I'm dumb :(

I have the T300rs with the T3PA Pro pedals and I use the rubber stopper thing that comes with the pedals. I had it set for pcars all this time with only 50% of usable pedal travel because I'm weird like that and pcars lets you set your brake pedal travel, I've (obviously now) had such a hard time with braking in GT Sport and haven't been able to figure out why I've been struggling so much. I'm pretty proud of the fact that I've been almost always 2.5-4 seconds off the leaders now! I'll have a bit of a learning curve to get used to a longer travel brake pedal again but I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made for me in the less than a half an hour I've been able to play since realizing this. I feel so dumb for not thinking of this weeks ago but I'm excited to relearn GT Sport. If anyone else is out there and made this same mistake I recommend changing it, it makes the game waaaaaayyyyy easier. I'm also sorry to anyone I accidentally ran into because I didn't have brakes, my bad :dunce:. Haha, see everyone out there! :banghead:

I use the conical brake mod and it was set way too close to the pedal and I crashed the leader once starting from 3rd...

On my 3pa I've got that mechanical brake mod out as far back as you can have it away from the back of the pedal...

they really need to put in some customization in GT Sport so the brakes can be adjusted though. If I accidentally press down too hard on the brakes because I'm going too fast in the corner it sets that a full brake and then I have to bring all my body pressure to get full brakes for a while

I use the rubber thingy. I don't like the full pedal travel and I prefer it with the mod.

I like it too so I just set it so it hits at about 80% and I can push through to 100% if I need to. I'll keep playing with it but I wasn't getting enough pedal travel to reach threshold braking before so it's a huge improvement for me so far.

To everyone in here that has the T3PA Pro pedals are you having issues with your throttle too? I feel like mine is an on and off switch, the first 80% of pedal travel I get very little throttle and then the last 20% of travel I get the rest. Anyone else?

Non-linear throttle is a known issue. There's a thread here for it somewhere.

EDIT: I should clarify that the issue is known here. Whether PD knows and/or recognizes it as an issue is another matter.
