I' not sure wether to put this in the Sports and fitness area or here. If it needs to be moved then it needs to be moved.

I really love playing Soccer. I've since been asked to play for a senior team. When I can. I've recently found that I'm not as fit as I used to be. I'm only 16. The I am to be helping has players from 20 years and onwards. "The pros" so to speak. I had my first game with them on Saturday. That's when I noticed I wasn't fit.

My question to all that can help is. I need you to come up with a training plan to help me get fit. I don't know where to start. Wether it includes running or cycling ( I can't do swimming as I have no access to a pool).

I also need to train my Soccer ball skills too. So if anyone can help with that, it would be good.

I will look over them and decide which is best for me. Assuming anyone replies.

 guys. Just don't go overboard

Sports and Fitness.

Have a surf around - there's some good info on the web.

Here's a good place to start!

Soccer skills? Mmm - practice?

I thought it would go in there. Soccer is a Hobbie of mine so I was unsure. I can move it myself can't I?

I'll have to have a look at that site when I really have the time.

Screw the ball skills bit. I'll figure that one out. ;)

playing (football) soccer is in itself a good way to get fit...youre running almost constantly for 90 mins....

maybe take up cross country running or cycling or something and do come cardio down the gym in the evenings..the usual stuff..

just go to the gym to do some cardiotraing...............some crosstraining or running will do............don't forget cycling offcourse......build it up on your own pace.
some strenght training is also usefull.......some benchpresses, crunches, squads and push-ups.................

Why do you even bothered posting TwinTurboJay. It makes no sense, and you are just spamming.

Anyways, if you like to play soccer a lot then that is one sure way to get fit. Run or jog can also help a lot. Along with going to the GYM and working out.

I would say playing basketball is the easiest way to get in shape and have fun doing it. Just make sure you play for at least an hour straight, or you wont get the results. I don't think this is a complicated thing here, just excersise regularly or run in any way you like. Theres not really much to it unless you want to train a specific area.

try eating contests...great way to stay in shape, and become an international celebrity

 spam or not, I found it funny...
Try swimming. Low stress on the body yet gives muscles thorough workout.
