Hello, I'm new to this image editing thing, and I would like to ask everyone about a good software for this, thanks before

If you're looking for free, you can give GIMP a try.

If you're looking for not free, the granddaddy would likely be Photoshop CS5.

Note that if you decide to go the Photoshop route but aren't looking to spend that much, older versions like CS4 can be found on sites like Amazon for less than CS5 or for even less expenditure, Photoshop Elements 9.

There's even a website that let's you do some simpler image editing.

You can do most image editing with CS2 or CS3... CS5 has a bunch of extras you probably won't use if you're new to image editing.

Lightroom (LR) (Windows) & Aperture (Mac) are good for light editing etc. They shine in other parts. LR has Library, Develop, Slideshow, Print & Website (keywording grouping etc etc.). I'm not familiar with Aperture despite also owning a Mac. LR can be installed on both platforms.

As TB mentioned Elements will most likely do more than you'll ever need. Photoshop CSxxxx is targetted at professionals and has a steep learning curve, and is pricey.

I'd suggest you go for Elements if you want to do reasonable editing, and you can take it quite far. If then it turns out you've outgrown it switch to Photoshop.
