Does anyone know of a good, free image resizer?

heh, almost any image program can resize. Do you have kazaa? Download a small program there, I'm sure there are 100's.

Yeah but they are all trial offers. After thirty days or so, that ability goes away.

The only free one form download.com turned out to be a trojan but luckly by anti-virus caught it.
