Ok, results and points have been updated. We'll start dropping worst finishes after Laguna.

Is there anyone that feels like some adjustments need to be made to the cars? Someone mentioned the straightaway speed on the Subaru was high, but looking at the replay it was actually the slowest at the start/finish line and on par with the other cars at the bridge on the back straightaway. However, entry speed into turn 4 the cars were separated by 2-3mph.

I mentioned the strait away speed.. In practice there was a lap where coming onto the bank and straight he had put a large amount of space on me.. He did have a car in front of him and I'll just chalk it up to faster corner exit speed and drafting the car behind him.. I too looked at the race replay and can verify the Subaru is about 3mph slower than the competition.. As far as balancing the cars I think they are fine.. The difference seems to be the driver/tune combinations.. I'm struggling to say the least LOL.. Good races guys and we had some great battles for 3rd.. Need more ST Drivers, sucks only having 2 cars to slow the guys ahead of me down LOL

One thing I will say though is to the ST drivers.. If a GS car is coming up on you, please don't do anything out of the ordinary like dive outside or inside to let us by.. Best to just hold your line. I almost smashed into the rear of an ST car due to him slamming on brakes early to let us by... Appreciate the gesture but it almost ended ugly..

Was a good race, @Giorgio_57 kept me honest for sure. I could pull ~2 secs on him early in the stint, but later in the stint my tyres would start to fall away (4wd for you..), and he was starting to claw it back by .3-4 a lap. I didn't make any major mistakes and managed to gain another 2secs in the pits somehow (traffic?), so in the end just had to keep up the pace and keep it out of trouble. Still a 5.4sec gap isn't exactly comfortable after 40mins of racing! Was good!

In terms of spec - Yeah the Subaru is very slow on the straight, I can't keep up with other cars even when in the tow. But that's the sacrifice you take for having great corner exit (4wd again) instead. Can't comment on the other cars as haven't driven them, need more races/cars to know what's what.

I almost spun out trying to let the 2nd place car through. :P Good thing for FWD or I would have spun.

How about next time you try racing on the racing line instead of running up my ass when I am trying to do you a favor.

I'd of thought GS are allowed to gain some slipstream from an ST before pulling off and passing them. I see that in the WEC most of the time.

Yeah they do but not at the 150 marker on the back straight when I am on the left side of the track out of the line letting P4-5 go thru.

150 Marker? , you slammed on brakes way before the bridge.. more like 150m before the bridge LOL.. Plus I was more braking the draft of the 370z than I was drafting you... Luckily I have done enough multi class racing to be heads up enough to dodge bonehead moves..

This ends here. Take the discussion to PM's.

The gap between GS and ST is too much. For example the difference for Conti last year at Indy was 4.5 sec and we were 8-9 sec slower.Low HP and low corner speeds are a tough combination.Moving the ST cars to Sp.Softs would help at the twisty tracks coming up.

Just ran a few laps in the Civic (1:37.540) and in a 370Z (1:32.113). Both these times are 2-3 sec faster than the real cars around this track. (based on 2012 results, couldn't find anything newer)

I think for now we'll leave them as-is. If I had my way I would slow all of them down to meet the real car times, but that's just my OCD. :P

I tell you what, I found an excellent tune for the Civic and that thing is a blast to drive.

Mind sharing the tune ? I have 0 tuned FWD cars...
