Just a quick update, the full OP will be up on Friday. I have that day off, so I can really sit down and get things done. I have a pre-season test scheduled for Sunday, so we can get the ball rolling. I will go ahead and post the schedule tonight so everyone can have a look. There will be a 1 week break between the 2nd and 3rd races since I will be out of town that weekend.

I'll be happy to join, although I can only race until May 11th when I go on a 6-week vacation to Alaska. Any idea on how many races there will be?

I'll definitely be driving a RUF 3400; love that car.

6 total, so you'll miss the last 2. I will be doing the usual "drop round" where you can drop your worst finish from the season, so you're really only missing out on one race.

Sweet, just make a win worth 50 points and 2nd worth 10 so I have a chance. :sly:

Looking at the races, I can't guarantee I can make them all, but I would be interested. Finally have my wheel hard mounted so no worries on equipment. Also, whatever class has more entries is the one I will join, so I will keep an eye on it. I will be around tomorrow if you need some help testing.

I'm with @Brutaka, I'm interested in a GS Aston drive, as long as the races aren't over an hour long. 👍
I wanted 45 minutes, but the game only lets you choose 40 or 50. So I'll post a poll and you guys can decide. I just finished getting the specs all set on the cars, finishing up the graphics and should have everything posted tonight. (late though, like 2am my time :P)

Also, I will let everyone interested pick out their car/team first and then I'll just pick from the leftovers so I don't take something that someone else wants.

Schedule and car specs have been posted. Registration information will be posted Saturday, end of day. Test day at Daytona is still go for Sunday.

What about the other parts, wheels, flat floors etc?
All that depends on the team and that info will be given when you select a car using the registration link I will have up later today. I did goof and forget a few things though, will fix here shortly. None of the cars have flat floors.

Specs updated with all required mechanical bits. If you want to test a car now, you can go off the photo for the aero stuff (they shouldn't effect performance though) until I get the registration link up tonight.

I am interested in this series as well.
It would be nice to know what time you want to run though.
I would also like to know the race specs though, like tire wear, weather, time change, mandatory pit stops, etc...
If I can make it I would like to run the BMW 135i in the ST class or the Nissan Fairlady Z in the GS class if you need racers.

Poll for race time, race distance has been posted. Room settings are now in OP, along with the registration link for the GS class. (ST coming later tonight)

I'm ready, #99 Automatic Racing!

So with us using the Standard transmission only I assume you have a strategy for determining if a driver is using a custom trans?

I just registered. #15 Multimatic Boss 302R. I'll be co-driving with Billy Johnson & Scott Maxwell...:P Looking forward to a good season.

Just a couple notes:

Looks like the popular race time is 4pm UTC, so we'll probably go that route. However, the test day tomorrow will be at 5pm UTC. The main purpose of this test is to make sure the cars are as equal as we can get them. Based on my testing they are all pretty close, but I can't tune and rely solely on my driving skills so there's a chance one or two of them could be a little off. As long as all cars in each class are within 5-6 tenths of each other, that works for me.

Also, ST registration is still in the works. As you can see I went all out on creating something unique for this series so it takes a little extra time. If it's not up tonight, it will be tomorrow for sure. (there are more teams in ST than in GS)

I am definitely interested in the ST class. I can not make the practice round or Daytona, but after that I am game. Looking at that Miata in ST with #68

Regardless of number

PSN Somebodyshootme

GTP Miata13b

Numbers are pre-determined, all cars are based off their real life counterparts.

Edit: And you'll have to register when I get the ST registration posted. About half way finished with it.

Edit 2: ST registration is 80% complete, just have to add in all the RUF 3400S aka Boxster/Cayman entries which is literally over 1/3 the field.
