Gran Turismo 1/2 version of the Test Track, Tokyo R246, Rome night, Seattle and Red Rock Valley.

Nissan Skyline R32 and R33 Touring Cars from GT5/GT6.

Nissan 300ZX GTS Fedex from Gran Turismo 2

Honda S2000 GT-1 Turbo from Gran Turismo 2.

Lotus Elise GT1 from Gran Turismo 2, Panoz GTR-1 Esperante and Nissan R390 GT1 as Gr.2 is horribly lacking and the F1 GTR and CLK-LM have a noticeable performance gap between the GT500 cars as they are much faster with the CLK-LM being the fastest according to custom races that I have done.

Fixed that for you.

Didn't even realise they did that til you said something 🤔

As to why.. who knows? 🤷‍♀️
I'd wager it's a Sport exclusive as in GT Sport 2 might see it return lol

Anyways
I do miss in GT7 all the old tracks from past GT games. Even the GT tracks noobody cares about. I kind of want to see Cape Ring with less muted colors and looking less "blyat"

Grand Valley Speedway!
Lexus LFA
There are quite a lot of cars I feel should be in here given the way the game is structured currently. The LFA would be very welcome, as would a lot of quick-but-not-insane stuff like Lotus (Elise, Exige, Evora - plenty of scope for Gp.4+ versions), McLaren 570S/600LT, Porsche Cayman, Caterhams.

With present content (or lack thereof), this pretty much is GT Sport 2!

Bolt-on widebodies (bar a few cars).
It would be nice to have the option.

You mean ugly widebodies ;) Haha, to each their own, but it needs to be molded for me, bolt-on looks cheap, even if it's expensive.

Personally I miss online shuffle racing, great fun.

A few things I miss.

-The test track, 0-400 and 0-1000 tests. Was always fun testing how fast a car could go down a drag strip of its top speed. The closest we have is Special Stage Route X, but it’s not the same.

-When changing oil would give a slight HP boost. Infact I liked how buying used cars the oil was usually dirty. Added realism. My ritual in GT4 when buying a used car was taking it to GT Auto was washing it and giving it an oil change.

-Manufacturer events.

-How tuners like Mine’s, Spoon etc had their own part of the world map.

I miss getting car rewards for race events, and a few fictional city racetracks with unique features like Citta di Aria and it's narrow roads, George V Paris and it's street surface changes, or Costa di Amalfi with the elevation and fast sections.

-Able to save and load any own ghost in arcade mode
-Full use of VR
-Grand Valley Speedway
-Special Stage Route 11
-Silverstone
-Road Course - Indy (Indianapolis Motor Speedway) Real Circuit
-Circuito de la Sierra
- Course Maker

Proper vehicle descriptions in the dealerships. Why are they locked to vehicles you only own, and further still why are they locked to the Collections section of your garage?!

Shuffle racing!? Shuffle racing!!! Now you've just gone and made me sad.
Shuffle racing is Gran Turismo's biggest missed opportunity. Greatest casual racing mode ever.

At this point I sort of hope that Forza or Codies put it in a game, because it's fairly clear Polyphony won't.

I just want be able to buy the cars i want.. Not have to be disapointed everyday by a stupid deslership that constantly offers the same cars we already have or stuff thats always available at brand central.. How dumb can polyPHONY be atleast get us the cars we dont have before you repeat some fiat for the 3rd time or a mustang everyone got for free from the menu books smh

I'm sure they will sort this but......having lobbies where you can change track, have a quali session, brake balance, those generic pre post race comments we could select.....general lobby stuff.

I miss the first corner in Brands Hatch
To be fair, I missed that in GT6 and GTS as well.

Seriously, standing starts, being able to win cars outside of the menu book, payouts that mesh with the car costs, being able to sell cars.

Agreed would be nice to have just a little more variety and choice in the bodykits
It's almost as if there's a balance to be found between making the cars accessible and making them feel rewarding to obtain...
Which PD have nailed for the PS2 games and before yet they give us the impression it's not possible for them to do with the next-gen title.

Well, it's not that it's impossible but with modern high performance chips there are so many bits and boops and butts to balance. Who can even equalise as many as 3.5 jiggahurts? Improbabibble. Modern technology is so hard. You just don't understand because you're not a software developer with 15 years experience of PS5 development.

People just expect too much these days and want it all handed to them straight away. They're entitled, is what they are. Back in my day we had to program the VCR upside down barefoot in the snow. Uphill. Both ways. And we'd be grateful for it after working 25 hours a day in the coal mines, then our mum would give us cold gruel for dinner and beat us to death with a rusty shovel.

But you try and tell the young people of today that and they won't believe you.

Here's a quick list:

- Shuffle racing. I remember mocking it in GT5 expecting a dumpster fire, only for it to be STRAIGHT FIYAH! Seriously one of worst times I've ever been wrong.
- GT40 Race Car '69
- Sears Point
- Selling prize cars for obscene amounts of cash, to me, it makes the (average) grind okay
- GVS
- Complex String
- Suzuki Escudo, you know what I'm talkin' about ;) Like the wiiiiiiiiiiind!
- LAN parties, granted muliplayer is much easier, there's something to racing with other people right next you and a beer at your side. I'll cherish the golden ages of GT4 going to Seattle and San Fran to race in-person. Multiplayer just can't compare in a lot of ways.
- Not having to do drift events on pavement

Come on now there's no way PD wouldn't have done it already if it were even a little easy. Let's be real here. Listen. do you even know PD are the world leaders at modelling realistic driving physics? do you even play a gran turismo game in your whoole life?? Why do you think it's called THE real driving sim! Polyphony are only a small indie studio you know, they started in the 80s, a team of merely 15 churchgoing people grinding away from 5am till late and sleeping under their desk cubicles, waking up to not much more than a cube of rice and slim square of tofu as breakfast! How ungrateful of you to assert the possibility that they have it easy. If PD wants my money just so they can eat and sleep, I will be more than happy to give it all to them and expect nothing in return just to show you how honest and hardworking these devs are.

Special Stage Route 5 and Grand Valley for me.

Not that GT5 and GT6 SSR5 at all, that one was empty, soulless, and way too much orange lighting. I want the old GT2-GT4 SSR5 back, please.

What I miss:

Being able to load a previously driven Ghost on the track (maybe I just haven't found it yet, but in GTS it's totally just not possible here)

To be able to share settings/tunings of vehicles with friends, or even better to be able to share in general like videos or liveries.

Spirit to be able to exchange data with friends.

Pikes Peak Hill Climb

BMW M1 :D

A detailed tire model with temperature + air pressure ectr.
